Why is my postal code not accepted for a delivery order?

Our delivery areas are strategically determined based on our ability to ensure the delivery of hot and fresh pizzas or meals. If your address does not appear in our system, your location likely falls outside our delivery coverage. We cover areas like Sengkang, Hougang, and Punggol. In other areas, we must check availability and current market cost first.

Where can I find my order number for pickup?

The order number associated with your pickup order is in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you may provide your name and phone number to us to check further.

I need to cancel or change my order! How can I do this?

All Collezione Lan orders are confirmed 10 minutes after placing an order, and no further changes can be made. Please call us as soon as possible after you place an order if you wish to make any changes. For payment refunds, please contact us on WhatsApp or through our phone.

How long does it take for my food order to get delivered?

Your delivery speed varies depending on the meal choice, time of day, and availability of our riders. It also depends on the number of orders and the distance between us and your delivery address.

How can I pay for my order?

Available payment methods now are only through PayNow on the checkout page, we might offer other ways of payment in the future but not for now.

How long does it take for my food order to get delivered?

Delivery costs, like delivery time, are determined by the distance from our restaurant. Usually, the ones closer to you will charge a smaller delivery fee. If you reside in the Sengkang, Hougang, and Punggol delivery, there is a flat fee lower than SGD10, and it might be free if the required amount is reached.

I want to collaborate with Collezione Lan; who can I speak to?

Do I have to create a Collezione Lan account to place an order?

No. You can order delivery food in Singapore using our guest checkout without signing up. We ensure that ordering food online at Collezione Lan is quick and fuss-free. After placing your order, you will have the option of creating an account.
